Before I became a professional marketing mentor and launched my own marketing development program, I built a career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and beauty industry.
Reflecting on my journey, I often wished for a mentor to guide and support me. I realized how valuable such guidance could have been for me — saving time and energy while helping me grow and develop as a marketer and professional.

She has lived, studied, and worked across Paris, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, and Taipei and built solid marketing experience in cross-cultural environments.
After graduating from the MBA in International Luxury Brand Management at ESSEC Business School, FiFi put her knowledge of marketing and luxury goods to use and joined LVMH as a product development consultant.
FiFi has also been a part of the Chief Digital Officer’s team at L’Oréal, managing more than 20 brands in the Greater China Region and driving sales growth through Giorgio Armani’s operational marketing team.
Through these experiences, FiFi has gained hands-on experience in new product launch, public relations event planning, enterprise marketing training, and training development and delivery for more than 100 brand marketing managers.
Aside from her deep knowledge of the luxury beauty market, FiFi has also built expertise in the FMCG field, working for market-leading companies like Uni-President and Yahoo! Taiwan, where she focused on building premium brands, integrating marketing strategy, digital marketing, marketing trend analytics and consumer insights, product marketing, and new product development.
